I already filed the bug 329555 against subclipse, but this issue seems to be related to PDT.

Summary: Sometimes the "Synchronize" view doesn't refresh after committing a file.

I originally thought that this is a SVN-only problem, but now I've migrated to git and the same issue occurs again. Igor said that he can't reproduce it on his system, but it's likely that he didn't use PDT to test with.

For me, it happens with CVS too, but only in Eclipse 3.7. I can't remember this to happen in 3.6.x...

However, it happens often but randomly, so I don't know how to provide some steps to repro...

Anyway, I think PDT is not the correct product for this.
Platform => Team should be better...
