1. Open SpringSource Tool Suite (sts.exe)
2. Open Dashboard SpringSource 
3. Click to Extensions tab
4. Select Google Plugin for Eclipse
5. Click button "install"
6. Show message: The following connectors are not available: Google Plugin for Eclipse Proceed with the installatino anyways (YES or NO).
If click "NO", show this error
If click "yes", installation will begin... But to does not reach the end
