Build Identifier: 20100917-0705

Updating a project with incoming changes in .settings/org.eclipse.wst.common.component results in a deletion of all dependencies in org.eclipse.wst.common.component.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a WTP project
2. check it in using e.g. subclipse
3. go to another PC and check it out
4. change dependencies of that project in project-properties/Deployment Assembly resulting in changes in .settings/org.eclipse.wst.common.component
5. go to the other PC and update that project
--> this gives you outgoing changes in .settings/org.eclipse.wst.common.component removing all dependencies

Sebastian, I am assuming that you are using Helios SR1 (also known as Eclipse 3.6.1). If so, that corresponds to WTP 3.2.2.

Assigning to Hari for initial investigation.
