Launching the following command to launch standalone help

java -cp plugins/org.eclipse.help.base_3.6.0.v201012142000.jar org.eclipse.help.standalone.Help -command displayHelp -data standalone

Fails to bring up a window showing help

The infocenter can still start OK

Fixed by backing out the patch from Bug 321247
