As part of the submission process, we need to capture the expected review date. See Bug 166282 Comment 29. To make this more interesting/useful, we'll default suggest a date that falls on a Wednesday that falls within one and two weeks of the current date (i.e. no earlier than one week, but no later than two into the future).
