Submission takes long enough to warrant inclusion of a progress bar.

Further, submission should report results. Specifically, the user should be notified of the Id of the newly-created CQ and an internal browser should be opened on that CQ.

Some minor refactoring of the BugzillaClient and IPZillaClient code was required to accommodate these requirements. Marking as FIXED.
