I started translating some strings for the Albanian language but at the part where the name of the translator is shown it displays incorrectly. 

My name (as registerred at Eclipse Bugzilla) is Sopot Cela but it the first letter of my last name is displayed something like 'ý'. Hope this to be solved.

What web browser did you use? I tried Firefox 3.6 and Internet Explorer 8. They both display your name okay. Try to change the encoding for the page to UTF-8 to see if that's better.
