Termination review successful. The project has outlined 5 steps for webmaster to complete in their documentation in order to finish the termination. Awaiting project to post further details to this bug.

I think all is pretty obvious (i.e. normal conventions) but here's some details on the steps to complete the archival process if that helps as cross-check:

1. Directories archived and removed from CVS:

/home/data/cvs/tools/org.eclipse.hibachi

2. The bugzilla product/components archived or marked read-only.

The obvious: Tools classification, Hibachi product (it appears these archived components, like for COBOL, are just marked read only?)

3. Website archived.

http://www.eclipse.org/hibachi/

4. Wiki pages archived

http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Hibachi

5. Search for open CQ items and if found withdraw them.

None still open. Apparently only two in Ipzilla:
1840 GDB/MI debugger Interface - Initial for tools hibachi
1841 tools.hibachi initial contribution

6. downloads:

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/hibachi/downloads/index.html

7. mailing list: hibachi-dev

8. newsgroup/forum: hibachi

9. I assume Linux groups and committers ids are obvious and on file

Let us know if questions.

Done. Thanks.

Ok, I've generated an archive and put a link on www.eclipse.org/archived.

I've posted shutdown notes for the ML and NG and queued them for deletion.

Bugs have been moved into z_Archived->Hibachi.

Sharon has closed the CQs.

Comitters and groups have been removed.

We don't usually 'archive' wiki pages, but I've added an 'archived' note, and pointed the downloads at the archive file.
