When a committer election completes, the PMC is presented with components in the portal to specify the CVS/SVN and Web information for the committer. With the 2010 changes to the EDP, we no longer have fine-grained access control within a project and so this question is irrelevant. It should be removed from the workflow.

I have committed a change to the message requesting that the PMC member just enter '*' into each of these fields as the values are ignored anyway. This is an interim fix as we need to spend a little more time understanding the implications of a broader fix.

Webmaster, can you please push out a portal update from HEAD?
