Chris Goldthorpe was nominated for commit rights on eclipse.platform.ui on November 23rd, and the election concluded successfully on December 1:

However two weeks later his commit rights are not active. The portal says "Waiting for CVS/SVN package information (project lead)", but as a PMC member I am not seeing the field for filling in this information (usually I can see it). Either there is a bug in the portal here, or the process has somehow gotten stuck. Can you please conclude this election and process his commit rights.

There is no project lead associated with project eclipse.platform.ui.  I'm guessing that is the problem.  When the PL completes the CVS/SVN info, I'll receive a New Committer Request Form.  As soon as I do, I can request the provisioning.

Ah, so this could be related to recent reorganization of projects. CCing Boris who is the eclipse.platform.ui project lead (probably not recorded in the foundation database yet).

Boris has been marked as PL. I completed the SVN/CVS info on his behalf to move things along.

Verified - I was able to commit changes in org.eclipse.ui.browser and org.eclipse.ui.forms this morning.
