Then why don;t you try update Subversive and Subversive Connectors together? Or just update Subversive before its connectors? It seems when all the required dependencies is up to date there is no problem. :) P.S. Just now I have updated Subversive and its connectors in on of my Eclipse IDE instances without any problems. If I select one of them: Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found. Software being installed: Subversive SVN Connectors 2.2.2.I20101203-1700 (org.polarion.eclipse.team.svn.connector.feature.group 2.2.2.I20101203-1700) Missing requirement: Subversive SVN Connectors 2.2.2.I20101203-1700 (org.polarion.eclipse.team.svn.connector.feature.group 2.2.2.I20101203-1700) requires 'org.eclipse.team.svn.feature.group [0.7.9.I20101001-1700,1.0.0)' but it could not be found If another: Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found. Sorry, but you're seriously mistaken here, because line:

simply means that:

I.e. you have missed my point:
installation manager asks you to install corresponding version of the main
plug-in first (or together with connectors).
So, please consider solution I have recommended you.
Look on my installed components and install the same. Then click on update link. You will get my exceptions too. Where did you get '0.7.9.I20101001-1700' if all update site contains '0.7.9.20100512-1900'
You updated
'Subversive SVN Connectors 2.2.2.I20101203-1700'
'SVNKit 1.3.3'
but didn't update core 'Subversive SVN Team Provider (Incubation) 0.7.9.I20100512-1900'
