Description Tim Buschtoens CLA 2010-12-13 08:42:24 EST
The combo-list is currently a basic-list with a hacky-solution to provide the popup-behavior.The peviously used method to use setCapture wasn't usable anymore due to the new scrollbar. (See Bug 332413.)

There arealso very few client-tests for the combo.

The issue of Bug 329907 should also be considered.
Comment 2 Tim Buschtoens CLA 2010-12-13 09:11:42 EST
Bug 332413 also created a new issue: Scrolling the list, then clicking on the dropdown-button does not hide the list. (It disappears and immediately reappears.)

Fixed in CVS HEAD.

The new solution is based on re-dispatching events after capturing them in combo, so the scrollbar still works. Its a bit hacky in some aspects, but much less so than the previous solution.
