Git Repositories view -> Add existing local repository -> Add Git Repository dialog appears

In this dialog, the Search button is inside the Search result group box. As a result, it is not intuitively clear that you *have to* search here to get results. The Search button should be placed *above* the search results.
Inside of the search results group I would expect buttons like "Select All" and "Deselect All".
