The ImageFigureEx should be part of API in order to be used by GMF-Tooling. Moreover, it should accept to set its contents also with an URL.

This is a dependency for bug #131910.

Comment 11 on bug #131910 ( https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=131910#c11 ) shows that this bug is not relevant, since we'd rather have a new BundleImageFigure that would help to better handle Image lifecycle.
