After using the debugger or junit test, when I try to close eclipse, it refuses and gives me the following error.  I am forced to xkill eclipse to make it go away as the error repeats ad-infinitum when trying to close or restart using the UI.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use debugger and/or junit run of a specific test in the system
2. File > Exit or File > Restart
3. Error dialog
4. Click ok
5. Repeat stesp 2-4 ad-infinitum
