Using variables in the debug configuration dialog has no effect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "Debug Configurations" dialog
2. Create a new configuration under "Report"
3. Click on "Variables" next to "Report file name"
4. Click on "project_path"
5. Click "Configure..."

You get an empty dialog where you can't do anything.

If you manually configure the variable, you get the error message "Report file does not exist".
