Each of our components are actually third level sub-projects of the Eclipse project. As such, the foundation needs to officially record the project leads for each of those projects. We already informally had leads for each of these sub-projects, so it is just a matter of making it official. Here is the list of sub-projects missing a project lead in the foundation database:
