The test failed with following message:

readEmp.getEmpNChar() == ¿, does not match empNChar of the object that was written: &#1024; 

junit.framework.AssertionFailedError: readEmp.getEmpNChar() == &#65533;, does not match empNChar of the object that was written: 
at org.eclipse.persistence.testing.tests.jpa.customfeatures.CustomFeaturesJUnitTestSuite.testNamedStoredProcedureInOutQuery(CustomFeaturesJUnitTestSuite.java:209)
at org.eclipse.persistence.testing.framework.junit.JUnitTestCase.runBare(JUnitTestCase.java:499)

Note: It seems that it's related to characterset settings in database side. The same test passed with old oracle 11.2.0.2 install.
