Canceling 'Open from Clipboard' results in entry dialog.

1. start dev workspace
2. copy "org.eclipse.ui.internal.Workbench.initializeSourcePriorities()"
3. Navigate > Open from Clipboard
4. immediately click 'Cancel' in the progress dialog
==> instead of canceling the operation  get the 'Open from Clipboard' dialog

Available in builds >= N20110419-2000.
