Hi Susan: The email address associated with your committer account is your gmail.com email. If your bugzilla email address is not your gmail address, our system can't make the committer <-> bugzilla account connection. From here, you can either change your BZ email address, or we can update the email address of your committer records. Which would you prefer? Every now and then there is an odd case that requires webmaster's intervention where the sql table understands a mismatch and thinks the person is not a committer when they are. If that happens, we will need Webmaster to help. I'll stand by. I didn't realize that I had not changed my committer email back to my IBM address. I changed both to gmail this summer and thought I had changed them both back. Apparently not. I prefer to change the committer record, which I've just done in the portal. How long will it take to synch up? Thanks for the quick response! works today. Thanks. |
