Similar to Bug 331551

1) Paste
-----------------%<-----------------
	 void foobar() {
		 String s="some string";
	 }
-----------------%<-----------------

2. place caret anywhere inside the " "
3. press 'Enter'
4. Ctrl+I ==> indentation changes

(In this case I think indent on Enter is better.)

Correct. If in doubt you can always take a look how the formatter would format similar code.
