reproduction

From the forums:

http://myforums.oracle.com/jive3/thread.jspa?messageID=5088641&#5088641

I was able to reproduce the null using the users model/tests provided. It appears to be related to bug:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=325035

and should be verified once that bug has been corrected.

sligthly different reproduction

I've run this issue in a complex web application. I get null values in a one to many mapping.

After some investigation i can reproduce the issue with a simple jse junit test.
In my case the reproduction is a bit different. The issue encounters with @Orderby.

Unfortunately the test is non-determenistic.
The chance of test fail is around 5 to 1.

Tried with 2.3.1, 2.3.2, 2.4.0 with same results.
