Curtis, please run the tests on Linux to check why they were failing.

complete patch

This patch contains the other patch and the complete fix for the failing tests.

The problem was case sensitivity for XML file names. This is not a problem on Windows as foo.xml == foo.XML, but on Linux (and variants) this is a problem. foo.xml != foo.XML

All tests pass in Linux.  Verified.
