Description Sam Davis CLA 2010-12-03 12:26:53 EST
Sometimes when I click a link to a comment in the current task, it causes a message saying the task has incoming changes. This seems only to happen on tasks that are not in my task list, and only if I have typed something into the comment box. Maybe it is detecting what I've typed as an incoming change.

Can you provide a list of steps to reproduce?
Comment 2 Sam Davis CLA 2010-12-06 13:14:01 EST
# Open a task that is not in your task list (I did this by typing task3333 and clicking on it)
# Type "comment1" in the comment box and click it
# The message "Task has incoming changes" appears at the top of the task editor
Comment 3 Steffen Pingel CLA 2010-12-06 15:17:41 EST
Thanks! Those are great steps. I see the same problem.
Comment 4 Sam Davis CLA 2011-03-31 16:51:03 EDT
This also happens when using "open corresponding task" from the history view for tasks in my task list that are already open.
Comment 5 Sam Davis CLA 2011-04-25 19:11:43 EDT
The same thing happens when refreshing an open task in the task list if it has outgoing changes.
