1. Prepare the GEF, Draw2d and base Zest projects for checkin to CVS
2. Discuss and import RAP target platform changes
3. Create a demo RAP project

Current questions:

1. Version of GEF and Draw2D to use?  Currently we are using Draw2D and GEF head.
