In the tree-based rule editor, selecting a Node and an Edge and trying to delete them (either by selecting "delete" from the menu or pressing the "Del" key on the keyboard) results in neither of them being deleted. 
Expected: When selecting multiple elements and wanting to delete them, delete the selected elements regardless of the selected elements' type(s).
