Build Identifier: 

The eXcess architecture is now named eSi-RISC. This should be reflected in utils/org/eclipse/cdt/utils/elf/Elf.java, so the correct architecture name is used.

Thanks, applied to master (8.2). I left the old EM_EXCESS so that it doesn't break the API.
