Papyrus Validate actions should not be contributed to other editors.

Open a UML2 model with UML2 tree editor, right-click on an element, the Papyrus "validate" menu is visible whereas the active editor is not Papyrus.

Not reproduced on 0.8.0M4 (Indigo).
