When using ROV on LoggerBuf I get an exception from evt.getEventMsg(). We traced this down to FileHeader.e_machine possibly not supporting T16.

I verified this bug has been fixed in XDCtools 3.20.06.79_eng. I built, loaded, and ran an executable on the T16 simulator. I then used ROV to inspect the LoggerBuf events. It worked.
