Description Sam Davis CLA 2010-11-30 12:17:08 EST
Put another view above or below the task list, causing the task list to have a vertical scroll bar. Minimize the view, causing the scroll bar to disappear. A blank area is left behind where the scroll bar used to be. It gets painted properly once something is expanded or collapsed.

Can you attach a screenshot? I believe that's a Windows specific problem.

I got this just by deleting a bunch of tasks.
Comment 3 Steffen Pingel CLA 2010-12-06 06:05:17 EST
I can not reproduce this on Gtk. Do you see this with other views also, e.g. with the Package Explorer?
Comment 4 Sam Davis CLA 2010-12-06 13:23:30 EST
No. I do not see it with the package explorer or the task repositories view.

Note that this happens with the task list even if it is not visible when the other view is minimized. If I set my views up as in this attachment, minimize the call hierarchy view, and then select the task list, the blank area appears.
Comment 6 Steffen Pingel CLA 2010-12-06 15:15:53 EST
Can you provide simple steps to reproduce the problem?
Comment 7 Sam Davis CLA 2010-12-06 15:33:21 EST
# Drag another view below the task list
# Adjust the expansion state of your queries so that the task list is just big enough to have a vertical scrollbar
# Minimize the other view
# The task list scrollbar disappears and is replaced by a blank (white) strip
Comment 8 Shawn Minto CLA 2010-12-07 12:49:52 EST
I see this problem as well. Also, I am unable to reproduce this with any other view, so I wonder if it has to do with the code that removes the horizontal scrollbar. I will try to look into this a bit more.
