With WTP 3.2.1 Content Assist does only work in EL for pageContext and nothing else (http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=msg&th=165127). For every variable injected via TagExtraInformation the content assist does only work in scriptlet directives but not in EL expressions. Also there is no content assist after "${". This was already acknowledged by Nick Sandonato in the forum cited above.
Please note that this a different issue than bug 307240, since content assist works for pageContext.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new dynamic web project
2. Assign a runtime (see bug 307240)
2. Create a new JSP
2. Create a Bean-Class
3. Use the Bean-Class with <jsp:useBean class=<MyBeanClas> id="mybean"> within the JSP
4. Type an EL expression like ${mybean.}
There is no content assist provided
