Launch the JAXB Project wizard
Enter required project name and leave defaults
Click Next twice to get to JAXB Facet page
Click on the Download library button
Notice no Libraries appear
If you download a library via the JPA project wizard they will appear in the list of User Libraries in the JAXB facet wizard, but if you select one of them it does not recognize that you selected a library.

Downloadable library support needs to be added to JAXB.  The user lib selection issue was fixed in bug 329493.

This support was added in M6.

Verified in Build I-3.3.0-20110324075937

Verified you can download the EclipseLink libraries from the JAXB Project wizard.  See the link to view test steps for verification.
