1. Close all the 'History' views that you have opened in all your perspectives.
2. Select a file under CVS version control > Team > Show in History
3. The 'History' view opens and the CVS history is displayed.
4. Select a file under Git version control > Team > Show History
5. The 'History' view opens and the Git history is displayed.
6. Repeat step 2. You will get a blank page.

I would have considered this to be a blocker but am setting this bug to major instead since the problem can be worked around (though the workaround itself is non-obvious).
