Build Identifier: M20100909-0800 (IAM build 0.11.0.201001181900)

IAM does not support projects which require Maven 3+. And throws the following error:

Unable to build project '/path/to/project/pom.xml; it requires Maven version 3.0+

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Maven project in Eclipse with IAM dependency management
2. Set the prerequisite Maven version as 3.0+ (/project/prerequisites/maven)
3. Try to refresh/build the project
