Prepare Changelog is for SVN and CVS shared projects. The menu entry should be disabled for non-shared projects (by any team provider), since it does nothing anyway.

User Documentation should also be updated (only SVN and CVS are supported as of yet).

Enablement options have been added such that a check is made for SVN or CVS project persistent properties.
