As SCP moves towards maturity, we should document known limitations.

Here is the ideal scenario:

1. For end users, scp just works or if it doesn't work it gives a clear error
   message that helps the end user understand and work around the problem.

2. For integrators, we have documentation about known limitations and/or how
   to configure scp such that it works in the environments they are interested
   in.
