Description Severin Gehwolf CLA 2010-11-25 11:42:48 EST
Steps to reproduce:

1. Close all open editors in Eclipse
2. Select "Edit" => "Changelog Entry"
3. Nothing happens

Expected result:
"Changelog Entry" should be either greyed out or not available at all. I'm thinking of similar behaviour as "Project" => "Prepare ChangeLog".

Thoughts?

BTW: "Changelog Entry" does not show the keyboard shortcut in the menu entry (Ctrl+Shift+c).
