it seems that some method have been renamed (sendRenderOption in org.eclipse.birt.report.engine.api.HTMLRenderContext) and some refactoring have been made that change plugin dependencies

This is a breach of the Eclipse API contract.

this issue was fix by rolling back the obsolete SetRenderOption API and document it as deprecated.
