From Darin W: Yes, we did change this recently - we added a part association. The actions appear when a java editor is opened. Otherwise, you cannot launch while in the resource perspective while editing java code. This was due to a bug report/feature request. We don't have very good feedback in the customization dialog of action sets that appear due to actionSetPartAssociations. There are actually 3 possible states for an action set: always off, always on, on due to part association. An action set appears checked for the last two. If you uncheck it, it changes to always off. The feedback would be better if we could gray the check boxes: - white and unchecked: always off - white and checked: always on - gray and checked: on due to part association - gray and unchecked: <invalid> Some labeling for the states would also help. Defer Marking as LATER. Please comment if you think this is important for 3.0 As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported. Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you. |
