I've made a table with 2 rows and 2 cells. I used a DataSet with about 50000 row-elements. Before, After and inside had different values during my tests. Page Break Interval had a 0 value. Everytime i want to run the Report, it just stopped during the loading page and crashed the eclipse. 
Testing the same with a dataset with 2000 row-elements, it works fine. so i think, it doesnt work right with bigger data sets.

Could you attached log file which was generated when eclipse crashed?

I can not reproduce this issue with the sample db, which returns 67482 records.
Please refer to the attached report design. 
Please check if the layout is same to your settings.
