Unrendering the shared area works if there are multiple perspectives but attempting to do so if there's only a single perspective will cause all of its child elements to be unrendered (as there aren't any other rendered placeholders pointing at the shared area). I talked to Eric yesterday and the solution is to use MUIElement's setVisible(boolean) method.
Fix has been released to HEAD. Verified by source inspection with I20110125-2200 on Windows XP that the code changes are there. |
