When creating a new build server using the wizard it will not update the builds view immediately. It appears that you will have to wait until a refresh takes place. This may take a while as "Automatically refresh builds" is not set per default and the default interval is 15 minutes.

+1 to trigger a refresh when the subscription settings are changed.

A refresh will immediately start as long as the BuildServerWizard is used to create a new repository.
