Click the 'Search' dropdown arrow once, let it go. Then click it again, it's dead.

OpenSearchDialogPageAction's fillMenu(Menu) disposes the menu at will.

If it's disposed, we need to run through the re-creation code again.

Seems to be working now on I20110310-2200.
