The splash screen for Indigo has now been updated to use Oracle's copyrights. We should also update the SR2 splash screen.

This bug refers to SR2 but I'm marking it 3.7 M5 to stay in my query.  I have splash screen updating to do for multiple streams. I'll do the SR2 when I do the 2010->2011 switch.

The bug Oleg mentioned points to the files.

Fixed in R36 maintenance branch >20101216, including the 2011 update.
