The help page on
http://help.eclipse.org/helios/topic/org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/guide/ua_help_abstract_scope.htm

refers to a non-existent extension point "org.eclipse.ua.tests.help.scope". The correct extension point is org.eclipse.help.base.scope [1] and should be hyperlinked from the docs.
