I just moved to the latest I-build and I got a warning for unsigned contents:

I'm seeing org.eclipse.e4.rcp signed in the newly built repos, its version just hasn't changed in these tests.  For tonight's I-Build (I20101125-2200) e4.rcp will get a new version number because it contains plugins that have been tagged for the build.
