main menu 'Run' gets disabled for no apparent reason. It happens couple of times a day every day. No runs/jobs are left unfinished so I cannot explain why this is happening. Might be hard to reproduce. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I work all day running Junit tests.
2. Sometimes run gets disabled.
3. Reload eclipse and it is back there enabled.

Can you provide more details/screenshot.  Which action specifically gets disabled?

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
