1) Navigated into this page from an external link (Ian's blog):

http://marketplace.eclipse.org/metrics/installs

2) In the purple search area, selected "Network" in the middle dropdown and clicked Search.

3) On the search results page, clicked the purple "Install" button on the first search result. This took me to the following page:

http://marketplace.eclipse.org/marketplace-client-intro

At the top of that page, the following error was shown:
