Toolbar drop downs in the workbench window like search, new class, run/debug all don't show up.

it seems that the bug-fix only work for the deprecated Actions and Actionsets (used by the eclipse ide developers).

the toolbar drop downs do not appear, if you're use the menuContribution (see sample application)
