There were errors in this build because of changes in the rendering:

Remove MenuFilter v01

As a workaround, I've simply removed this.  I don't think it's necessary anymore as the MenuManagerRenderer installs the filter (the Display has to be in the context).

Yves, you'll have to see if anything else needs changing in response to this.
